VIDA Events and Marketing, LLC is a Houston based women owned and operated eco-business that helps the small business owner grow in a green and eco-friendly environment through tailored marketing solutions and event planning.
VIDA believes in doing business in an environmentally conscious manner. VIDA supports Mother Earth through the use of recycling programs, conservation measures, and working with other eco-friendly companies. VIDA passes these business practices to each and every one of their clients.
VIDA Events and Marketing, LLC was born out of the need for a reliable and cost effective marketing company that not only takes the small business owner into consideration, but also Mother Earth. As business owners, Carmen Fraser and Brenda Boral had sought out a company they could partner with to take care of their marketing needs - a partner who understood the specific needs of a small business owner and their budget. Many marketing firms turned them away as clients, saying their company was too small. Thus, Brenda and Carmen partnered to form VIDA Events and Marketing to fulfill this need organically.
VIDA Events and Marketing, LLC is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and the American Marketing Association.
Carmen Fraser
Carmen Fraser, Founder and Events Director at VIDA Events and Marketing grew up and has lived the majority of her life in Houston. She was born to a Scottish father and a Bolivian mother, which has impacted and opened her way of seeing the world and the environment. It was thus that after receiving her master's degree in tax, she pursued a career in International Taxation. After 7 years in the corporate world and having a baby, she decided to work on something she was passionate about - Events! Throughout her career, Carmen has always taken the lead role in planning events for the companies she has worked for, as well as events for small and upcoming businesses, as a private event planner. Currently, she manages an entrepreneurs group with more than 100 members, organizing monthly meetings, seminars, and social events. Also, having lived in Bolivia and helped raise money for non-profits through fundraising events, Carmen realizes the importance of supporting the fair trade movement, the value in using natural resources, and the need to plan events in the a way that creates the smallest imprint on Mother Earth.

Brenda Boral
Brenda Boral, Founder and Marketing Director at VIDA Events and Marketing, was born in New York but grew up in South America, having only moved to Houston five years ago. With a background in Business Administration and Marketing, she started her marketing career in Bolivia working as a Marketing Coordinator in the Post Graduate Department at the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra. In Houston, she worked as an Account Executive, and also served as a Hospitality Director for an International Association. As an active member of the American Marketing Association, Brenda stays abreast of the latest marketing trends and practices, while maintaining a strong network in the marketing community. Though she was heavily involved in marketing both at work, and in her associations, her passion for Marketing was still not fulfilled. Thus, she began VIDA Events and Marketing. Brenda's years of Marketing experience to include development of marketing strategies, market research, new product development, event coordination planning, marketing audits, branding, media plans, and marketing planning. Apart from marketing, her other passion is our planet. She is a huge proponent of conservation, recycling, and educating herself and others about the small steps we can all take to preserve our planet.
